Renee (Founder And CEO)
After beginning her career in accounting at a well know record label in Melbourne, her passion for languages led her to Japan where she began her corporate career with a Global Investment Bank. Over the next decade, she worked in a range of management accounting, control and operational risk related roles in Tokyo, Singapore and Australia and returned to Melbourne to start the next chapter of her career working with small business. Renee is a qualified accountant, a member of CPA Australia, BAS Registered and a member of the VCFO Association.
Chris (CFO)
Despite having lived on four continents, Chris is the only member of the Eligo team who can only speak one language. His career started a long time ago training in the UK with one of the big four audit firms before spending two decades working in finance related functions in global investment banks. With a strong accounting background and process improvement experience, whilst languages may not be his thing, he is good at whipping finances into shape!
Daman (Management Accountant)
Daman started his finance career back in 2008 before taking some time out to fulfill his dream of running his own business. After successfully starting and running a tapas bar on Chapel Street, he returned to finance where he has effectively combined his hands on small business experience with the technical skills learnt from pursuing his CPA qualification. This blend of experience and technical skill, along with his attention to detail and out of the box thinking makes him a great asset to the Eligo team and our clients.
Cindy (Assistant Management Accountant)
As a management accounting specialist, Cindy is a key member of the Eligo team. A whiz in excel and a background in audit and financial statement analysis, Cindy now specialises in preparing detailed and value added monthly dashboards for our clients in addition to a range of control activities.
Maria (Office Manager)
Maria utilises all the skills gained from a long and distinguished corporate career to keep the Eligo team running smoothly. There is not a job that she won’t try her hand at, an attribute that makes her worth her weight in gold!
